| I think I'm gonna be changing Jobs soon. Express is great. I love working there, but for my area, I need work that will actually put me towards gaining experience in Finance.
I have the opportunity to work for a Currency Exchange company which I felt/feel the Lord is saying to take. It's a great opportunity and can be used as a stepping stone.
My hope is that the Lord uses me in this position and that I am willing to me used.
| It's been a while since I have posted on this.
Anyway.
Sometimes life is just too routine. Nothing surprises you really.
Contentment is one of the keys though.
It, that being contentment, is important because that is one thing we are called to be as Christians. We must be satisfied with what we have and how things are.
It's not wrong to want more stuff and want life to be better, but planning should be in line with God's will.
We just gotta line up our will with God's and live how He wants us to.
| Ephesians 4:9-16
9 Notice that it says "he ascended." This means that Christ first came down to the lowly world in which we live. 10 The same one who came down is the one who ascended higher than all the heavens, so that his rule might fill the entire universe. 11 He is the one who gave these gifts to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. 12 Their responsibility is to equip God's people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ, 13 until we come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God's Son that we will be mature and full grown in the Lord, measuring up to the full stature of Christ. 14 Then we will no longer be like children, forever changing our minds about what we believe because someone has told us something different or because someone has cleverly lied to us and made the lie sound like the truth. 15 Instead, we will hold to the truth in love, becoming more and more in every way like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. 16 Under his direction, the whole body is fitted together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.
I posted those verses because so often we just accept teaching without checking what the Bible actually says. We interpret scripture by how we feel and by experience instead of by the Holy Spirit and by using scripture to interpret scripture. We are so easily decieved and it isn't right. When a "doctrine" comes along we MUST search the scriptures to see if it is so and we MUST test the spirits. This way when something comes along that "seems" true but there is no biblical support for it we can toss it out.
| Lots on my mind for the last couple of days. Family, friends, etc. I need more. Of everything. My opportunities are so limited and it gets annoying. I don't get to spend time with people really. So out of the loop and life is kinda blah. Don't get me wrong, God is awesome and things could be worst. It just that things could be better also and by timing is different from God's. He knows better and it keeping me for the right time.
It just like when Lord? When will things start to fall into place? I sure things are happening. It's just that I can't physically see it as yet. So many things I want to do, but I want God to be in it. Life is just so blah for me, but I would rather have the life that I have than to have all the success without the Lord.

Deuteronomy 11:18
18 Therefore you shall lay up these My words in your [minds and] hearts and in your [entire] being, and bind them for a sign upon your hands and as forehead bands between your eyes.
